Relay Darts
Description
An experimental party game for teams of 2-4 players, combining darts with relay racing.
How to play
This game can be played on any darts scoreboard app which supports the use of custom points in x01 matches.
This game is inspired by a team sport named relay racing. This game is aimed for teams of 2-4 players. More than 2 teams can play at the same time, on the condition that all teams have the same amount of players.
Similarly to a relay race, players will agree on a total number of points, which will be the total race distance. This distance is divided into segments of equal amount of points, known as player distance.
Before the start, every team must confirm their playing order - from first to last. Once the first players start the game, they have to reach the stage highscore (or go over it), so that the next player in their team could start. This continues until the last stage, where the last player of the team must reach the score of exactly zero, with either a double-out or a bullseye finish. The winner is the team that is the first to reach exactly zero.
In club events, the relay race distances depend on the size of teams, with each player completing 2 stages per game:
2-players teams - 1001-point relay (4x250); 3-players teams - 1501-point relay (6x250); 4-players teams - 2001-point relay (8x250)
